Questions?

I have answers. Here are some obvious ones, questions that is, and if you have more please feel free to get in touch via felix (at) entrepreneureal (dot) org
Q: Who am I?
A: Felix Desroches, a San Francisco-based small “d” designer focused on triple bottom line business and the next generation of social media.
Q: Is Felix really your full name?
A: Funny you should ask, because it’s not. My French-Canadian (”Quebecois”, for mes freres et soeurs) dad and British mum gave me a ringer: Jan-Felix Desroches. That’s pronounced dj-un fay-leeks day-rrrr-oh-sh (not day-rrrr-oh-shay). Thanks mum and dad.
Q: Where do you work?
A: I’m currently at Origo, a business consulting firm based out of SOMA where we share an office with the awesome folks at Architecture For Humanity.
Q: What else are you up to?
A: When I’m not at Origo, I’m happily involved with a number (4, actually) of interesting Bay Area startups in the social media, augmented reality, user experience, and green building spaces. If you’re curious, I always welcome a quick email or Tweet.
Q: Do you drink coffee?
A: As a matter of fact, I do, and regularly. My favorite haunt is Epicenter Cafe, run by Mark and Chris. They have awesome coffee, great food, amazing art, and good music from time to time.
Q: If I wanted to bump into you, where should I look?
A: Well, Epicenter is a good bet on most mornings, or alternatively I can be found at Simple Pleasures Cafe and a range of other places around the city. Call me and I’d be more than happy to meet up. If you’re an early riser, I can often be found about 60 feet offshore at Ocean Beach @ Balboa Street (look for the yellow bug).
